We were thrilled to partner with ADA Helper, based in Fresno, California, to design a postcard that would both capture attention and convey a sense of urgency for local businesses. The objective was clear: to alert them about the rising ADA lawsuits in their area. We opted for a high-impact design that doesn’t beat around the bush. With bold colors and straightforward language, the postcard doesn’t just inform; it acts as a call to action. The headline, “ADA LAWSUITS ARE HITTING YOUR AREA,” was designed to immediately grab the reader’s focus, while the details that follow lay out the current landscape and the risks involved.
The postcard also provides a clear path to follow for businesses interested in learning more, urging them to visit ADA Helper’s website to download a free handout on “Top 10 ADA Lawsuit Triggers.” Overall, the design serves a dual purpose: educating businesses and driving them toward resources that can help them reduce risk. And of course, we made sure that every element—from the color scheme to the font choices—aligned seamlessly with ADA Helper’s brand, ensuring a cohesive and professional look.
