Couldn’t recommend Shawn and Graticle more for your website services. Through easy to understand short videos, design, and superb communication you really cannot ask for better. I am the owner of a boutique law firm in NYC who needed a complete revamp for my website from scratch with no real time to devote to it. Shawn stayed on top of it, made changes as soon as I sent them over, and had the patience to deal with my lack of speed! He also recommended some great copy-writing, so do not be afraid to ask. Thank you Shawn and Graticle!

Shawn is professional and helpful. He is prompt with responses when I have questions or need to make changes to my website.

Graticle Design has been a life saver for my company AGL Publishing. I initially developed the website, but as time has passed and technology has evolved, I realized I needed someone who could keep up with those tech challenges and changes. Being a book publisher, I am always looking for new ways to create unique advertising and marketing options, as well as meet the needs of my authors. Shawn has been there to help me at each stage of change. I come up with the ideas and he implements them. He is also my “calm in the midst of the storm” when my website is hacked, or my merchant account decides to create updates! To sum it up in a few words… A++ Customer service!

We have been a Graticle client for years. They consistently do very good work for us. I appreciate that they provide me with personal attention. Requests are handled fast and efficiently. Pricing is very fair. Great company!

Graticle provided phenomenal customer service and product delivery to our company. We are very pleased and look forward to working with them more in the future!

I highly recommend Shawn and Graticle Design!!! I reached out to Shawn after I read a review of Graticle that basically stated what I will reiterate here – Shawn actually delivers! If you have grown weary of trying to find a knowledgeable web designer who listens to your needs, and follows through on promises to build according to your vision, look no further! I searched the internet to find web design help, and only seemed to find disappointment. The first designer I contacted charged me $100 for an hour-long chat, and then fell completely out of communication. The second designer I spoke with was always too busy to get started on my project. Then, I went through a string of references from well-meaning friends, you know, the “I have a coworker whose nephew knows how to build websites” sorts. Shawn listens patiently to understand what you want, and he is conscientious about keeping in communication. His rates are very reasonable, especially when one understands that Graticle operates in a highly dependable manner (hint: do your research, and set a budget so that you know what you can afford). I feel extremely fortunate to have found Graticle Design, and will gladly repeat its praises to anyone who will listen.

Shawn was phenomenal to work with! He was prompt, efficient, kept us up to date, and kept us within our budget. Will return with future projects. Highly recommend!

Great service and response time. We set up an appointment for some company branding and I was asked some very specific questions and we went over some images, they created a perfect design and a quick turnaround. Graticle is definitely who we will use for all of our design and I will recommend them to anyone needing their service.

Graticle Design, and Shawn, are amazing to work with! They are responsive, detailed and provide quality support! Thank you from Little Island Creamery in Cathlamet, WA.

Shawn was great to work with and did a great job designing a logo for us!

Shawn and Jill were both fantastic to work with!! They turned the project around quickly, the design for our logo turned out perfectly and it was a pleasure to do business with them. If you are looking for a design company I HIGHLY recommend Graticle!

Shawn is a gem. He is talented, reliable and professional. He also has integrity that is rarely seen today. I could not recommend him more highly. And his website design work is beautiful.

Extremely pleased with the postcard that Shawn designed for us! We had been really struggling to find a design that we liked and Shawn came up with a fantastic design accompanied by great promotional ideas! Will absolutely be using Graticle for our future designing needs!

We were thrilled to work with Graticle Design for both our branded logo for the City of Longview as well as for our special event – Swim Dash Splash Triathlon. Shawn was very easy to work with, quick response time, listened to our wants, and created exactly what we were looking for. Top notch professional service and progressive designs that will stand the test of time.

One of the best customer service experiences that I have ever had. Listened to our teams ideas and implemented appropriately. Design work was A+. Very responsive in all forms of communications. Will return again for our next design needs!

Shawn was great to work with as we worked through coming up with a logo that we loved.

Huge Shout-Out to Graticle Design for their amazing work on our agency’s Run the Path logo design for this year. Shawn Hooghkirk was easy to work with, super efficient and paid great attention to detail. If anyone needs any graphic design or website design he is the guy to go to! Graticle Design is such a great company to work with! We are a nonprofit mental health agency and we use Graticle whenever we can! They always manage to make my visions come to life and somehow they do it on the first try! We will continue using them as long as we have projects to give them! I highly recommend Graticle!

We recently hired Graticle to design and program our client’s new WordPress website. He did a wonderful job. The site is not only stunning to look at, it also operates beautifully. What else is there to say besides “Have you called Shawn with Graticle yet?” After having seen his work portfolio and again having seen his submissions for another project with which I’m involved, I knew his abilities. In the fall of 2016, I engaged Graticle to re-design & re-brand a logo for a local Little League charter with which I’m affiliated. I have him some design elements and he came back with the product we now use to identify our league and our brand! Could not be happier! He’s prompt, professional, and knocks it out of the park with quality. Do yourself a favor: pick up the phone or start up your computer, then contact Graticle to get your brand moving in an energetic, highly-functional, and professional direction. You won’t regret it!

Shawn is a delight to work with. He meets deadlines on time and always gives a heads up when he foresees that there may be delay. Shawn has a strong design aesthetic and was easily able to convey a fresh and modern portrayal of our brand in all of the pieces that he has worked on. Best of all, I love that I can go to him for advice on a project that I haven’t found a solution for yet. Shawn makes a great teammate to brainstorm a solution—one that will work for your business—and design goals.

Graticle designed the website for the company that I work for, and it turned out so amazing! Shawn was extremely understanding and helpful, walked me through problems (on my end, not his), provided solutions, and was always available to me if I had any questions. The whole process was very straightforward from wireframing to designing to WordPress. Shawn also recorded training videos to help me (and other associates) understand how to control nearly every aspect of our site from within the dashboard. Our website is now controlled in-house, and we have a beautiful mobile-friendly website that is already seeing more traffic! Graticle is a great company, and more importantly, Shawn is a great guy! I would recommend Graticle to anyone considering website or design services!!!

Very able and professional - would definitely recommend.

I have worked with Shawn on multiple Web design projects and all I have to say is, he is the best person I have ever partnered with. I own a marketing firm and when I have a client that needs an awesome website, I will only use Shawn as my designer and development guy. He asked all the right questions, and his process for building sites is better than anyone’s I’ve seen. Just hire him. That’s it.

The BEST graphic artist I have worked with in the past 20 years. Found him (surprisingly) on Craigslist. Extremely fast, affordable, and the best quality of work I’ve ever received. He very carefully listened to my ideas and produced graphics exactly reflecting my vision. Shawn’s work exceeded my expectations. His quality of work was also complimented by the printing company who usually reserves comments.

It has been a real pleasure working with Shawn at Graticle Design. He has a real talent for helping clients develop a website that reflects their product, as well as their own personal vision. Throughout the process he uses videos to help his clients understand how their website will work. And most important, he is always open to ideas and suggestions to ensure that their individual needs are met. Without reservation, I would recommend Graticle to friends and colleagues who are seeking a website designer.

Love working with Shawn at Graticle. He is the consummate professional and not afraid to speak up with certainty around how to maximize his talent regarding how his graphics will have the most impact on our marketing and branding efforts. In my mind, this is critical. I am not just paying for someone to create what I want, but rather the value of their knowledge and expertise to create meaningful results. On top of that, his work is outstanding. I look forward to a long, fruitful partnership. Thank you Shawn and Graticle.

They also redesigned our sales page which increased our conversion rate almost immediately. Again, focusing on prospective buyer experience.
