KLTV Web Design
When KLTV, Longview’s local public TV station, reached out to us for a website redesign, we knew we had a fantastic opportunity to serve our community. Founded in 1973 as a class at Lower Columbia College, KLTV has a rich history and a significant role in keeping Cowlitz County informed and engaged. To honor that legacy, we aimed to create a site that was both intuitive and functional. With direct links for live channel viewing and easy access to archived recordings like city council meetings, we’ve made sure that essential local information is just a click away.
But it’s not just about information; it’s about participation. That’s why we integrated a membership join feature into the website, offering visitors a way to support the station and get involved. Members can enjoy exclusive content and privileges, and for those who’d rather show their support with some swag, we also included an online store. Whether you’re in the market for past programs, coffee cups, or key chains, it’s all there.
What’s particularly gratifying for us is the ongoing relationship we have with KLTV. We don’t just design and then step away; we host and manage their website, ensuring it stays up-to-date and performs optimally. Regular updates are part of the package, making sure that the website evolves with the needs of both KLTV and the broader community.
KLTV’s commitment to providing a diverse, informative, and accessible platform resonates strongly with us. Working with them has not only been a project but a partnership in community service. We’re proud to be part of an endeavor that offers so much to residents and nonprofit organizations in our area. This isn’t just another website to us; it’s a cornerstone of our local community, and we’re thrilled to contribute to its success.
