The Brief

A repair shop lives on the phone, but a good share of calls start with the same missing information: which appliance, and what is the model number. The site needed to gather that before anyone picks up.

Collect the right details

Ask for the brand, the problem and the model number, and explain where to find it.

Sell the used and new stock

Show scratch-and-dent and used appliances on the floor, not only repairs.

Keep the phone number close

Many customers still want to talk, so the number and hours stay visible.

What We Built

A friendly, direct site for people whose washer just quit.

A guided request form

Customers choose what they need, then the form asks only the follow-up questions that apply: address and date for a house call, or a model number for a part.

Plain help for the model number

A short note explains it is usually on a sticker inside the door, along the door frame or on the back.

Services, Used Appliances and Store pages

Each part of the business has its own page, so people can see what is available.

Reviews and trust

Google rating and review count sit in the opening section, with a full Reviews page.

Clear hours and a call button

Store hours and the phone number are in the header and tappable on a phone.

Hiring link

A visible “We’re hiring” link helps the shop find staff.

What We Do Now

We built the site and we look after it, so the shop can keep fixing appliances.

Hosting, security and backups

The domain, hosting and security are handled, and the site is backed up so nothing is lost.

Monitoring

We monitor the site to make sure it stays online and working, the same as for every website we manage.

Updates on request

New content, photos and changes: they send it over and we put it live.

Help when you need it

Questions and changes go to a real person, with a reply within one business day.

Questions About This Project

Is this a custom-coded website?

Yes. It is built for the business rather than from a template or page builder, so it loads quickly and is easy to adjust.

What happens after someone sends a request?

The shop calls the customer back during store hours.

Do they own their website?

Yes. As with every client, Cole’s Appliance Repair owns the website, the domain and the content. There is no long-term contract.

Could you do this for my business?

That is what we do: a website built around how your customers look for you, then hosting, management and, if you want it, SEO. Start with a free audit and we will tell you where your site stands.
