LeTip of Longview: a chapter website built around one invitation.

LeTip of Longview has connected local business owners since 1998. The new website explains how the chapter works, shows which business categories are open and gives visitors one clear action: request an invitation.

The Brief

A referral group depends on the right mix of members, so the site is less about selling and more about screening. Visitors should understand the format, see whether their category is open and start a conversation.

Explain the format

One seat per category, weekly meetings and what a visitor should expect.

Show open categories

Make it quick to see whether a business’s category is available.

Keep the chapter in control

Visitors request an invitation first, so the chapter can confirm fit before they attend.

What We Built

A confident, blue-and-gold site that feels like the chapter.

Request an Invitation

The main action on the home page, with a request form and a phone number as the alternative.

Open categories

A page that lists the categories represented, so a prospective member can check availability.

Meeting details and directions

Day, time and place are in the opening section, with a directions link.

Benefits and What to Expect

Leadership

A page that introduces the people running the chapter.

Questions About This Project

Is this a custom-coded website?

Yes. It is built for the business rather than from a template or page builder, so it loads quickly and is easy to adjust.

Can visitors join right from the website?

They request an invitation first. The chapter confirms category fit and invites them to a meeting.

Do they own their website?

Yes. As with every client, LeTip of Longview owns the website, the domain and the content. There is no long-term contract.

Could you do this for my business?
