Condea’s Farm: Shopify fixes that let a small farm sell with confidence.
Condea’s Farm taps bigleaf maple trees in the forests around Clatskanie, Oregon, and sells its syrup online through a Shopify store. The owners found us while looking for a well-reviewed web designer and sent a list of changes. We worked through every one from a shared progress sheet, then gave them a short guide for the updates they like to make themselves.

The Brief
A small farm store has to get the basics right: the right shipping price, a way to keep customers when syrup sells out, and pages that are accurate and easy to keep current.

What We Did
A list of store improvements on the farm’s existing Shopify site, all approved up front and tracked in one place.
USPS shipping at checkout
Live USPS rates using both of the farm’s box sizes and a little extra weight for packing, so customers pay close to the real cost.
Back-in-stock alerts
Shoppers can sign up on the syrup page to hear when it is back, and the owners get an email for each sign-up.
Customer reviews
Reviews customers leave on the syrup page now show there and on the home page.
